Checkmat: An In-Process Control for Sleeves and Caps

In this training, we focus on the Checkmat system. The Checkmat is an in-process control located between the Sleevematic and the shrink tunnel (bottle line).

The Checkmat monitors three aspects:

1) Does the sleeve have a bonded area with metallic adhesive tape?

2) Is the cap present and correctly positioned on the bottle?

3) Is the sleeve label correctly placed?
